Jen's parents were traveling around France for a week so Jen and I took the week off work to look after their little Cavapoo pup, Oscar whilst they were away. A trip to visit my parents in Stoke-on-Trent was long overdue and so we took the dogs down in the car. From Newcastle, it's roughly a 200 mile drive but with regular stops for the dogs, it took about 5 hours in total.

A visit to Trentham Gardens when in Stoke is a must, especially on a day when the sun decides to show. Stunning Italian Gardens splashed with colour, landscaped greens, incredible sculptures and lakeside walks are just some of the things visitors are treated to. A relaxing day out for all, the dogs loved it too.

Always good to see the fam too!
